Progress Report Notifications 

Beginning mid-May 2015 IRB Progress Report notifications will be systematically generated.

Update: First notice should go out at 60 days with email content requesting the PR be submitted at 45 days.

  1. If started but not submitted follow-up emails will still be sent
  2. The IRB office is notified via ORCA dashboard and will manually inform department chair
    * First notice should go out at 60 days with email content requesting the Progress Report be submitted at 45 days.

Dashboard

The O.R.C.A. dashboard will include a tab, Notifications Log, that will display a list of notifications that were sent out, beginning May 4, 2015.  In addition, the Protocol History will include
a date/time stamp and notification Event Trigger for the progress report notification. IRB notification layout will be similar to IACUC (below image).

 

IRB Protocol List

Within O.R.C.A, the Actions column will contain a count down to when the IRB Progress Report is due and will also include when the progress report is received into the office, PR Rcvd: YEAR-Month-Date.

  • PR Rcved is coming from PIMS field DateRptRecd.

 

Analyst Functions - Protocol History

The Protocol history will display a date/time stamp for the progress report notification and include the Event name for the type of notification that was emailed. To access protocol History, click the  blue folder.
