Coming As of July 2015, the IACP Administrative Change section will be updated to make submitting changes more efficient. The most significant change will be found in the Study Personnel section. With the updates, you will no longer navigate to a summary page and then submit your changes.

Types of Administrative Changes: 

The online Administrative Changes form will allow you submit requests for each type of administrative change. Once a change has been made, the IACP office will receive notice that action is required. One, or multiple administrative changes can be made at once. Once an administrative change is submitted to the IACP office, it is locked until it is either approved or denied.
