- The home page provides you with three major areas: Annual Reporting, Common Activities and Other Activities. Each contains a list of activities.
- Annual disclosures:
- If you began employment with the UT Health Science Center on or after January 1, 2015, you will select Annual Reporting: New Employee.
- If you were employed with the UT Health Science Center before January 1, 2015, you will select Annual Reporting for 2014.
- Prior Approvals:
- For employees who are not required to submit annual disclosures but are required to submit prior approval requests, see Common Activities and Other Activities.
- A window will display, providing you additional information.
- Once Login is clicked, or an activity, log on using your UTHSCSA email address and password
