Lay Description

Yoga has been used to help with treatment for specific disorders that deal with the nervous system. Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) are syndromes that may be related to the nervous system.

We wish to study if yoga can have a beneficial effect for patients with POTS and IST.
