Inclusion Criteria
1) Self Identified as Hispanic/LatinX
2) Living independently or with a partner 62 years old or older who agrees to device installment in the home.
3) Internet access or willingness to acquire access
4) willing to recieve emails related to the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Diagnosis of Demenita
2) Wheelchair bound
3) unwilling/unable to have study devices installed in their home by study staff.
