Only in extraordinary circumstances, may a start-up** use Health Science Center resources, sapce, equipment or laboratories. In those circumstances, a written agreement must be put into place with strict limitations as to time and extent and only after review and approval by the Vice President for Research or his designee. Such written agreement may require lease or rental costs.
